4-Way Valve Coil, LEV Coil and Lead Wire For High Pressure Switch Disassembly
(1) Remove the electrical parts box. (Refer to procedure 3)
(2) Loosen the clamp for the lead wire on separator.
[Removing the lead wire for high pressure switch]
(3) Disconnect the lead wire from the high pressure switch.
[Removing the 4-way valve coil]
(3) Remove the 4-way valve coil fixing screw (1 for front/ M5) to remove the 4-way valve coil.
(4) Slide the 4-way valve coil forward to remove it.
[Removing the LEV coil]
(3) Loosen the lead wires fixed to the pipes with bands.
4-Way Valve, LEV and High Pressure Switch Disassembly
(1) Remove the electrical parts box. (Refer to procedure 3)
(2) Remove the cover panel (front) fixing screws (2 for front/5×12). (See Photo 10)
(3) Remove the cover panel (rear) fixing screws (2 for rear/5×12).
(4) Remove the valve bed fixing screws (3 for front/4×10 and 4 for front/5×16). (See Photo 10)
(5) Remove the side panel (R).*5
(6) Recover refrigerant.

(7) Remove the 4-way valve coil. (See photo 9)
(8) Remove the welded part of 4-way valve (4 positions) to remove the 4-way valve.
Accumulator Disassembly
Warning: This procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove the cover panel (front)
Remove the cover panel (rear)
Remove the valve bed
Remove the side panel (R)
Recover refrigerant
Remove the welded part of the accumulator (2 positions)
Remove the receiver leg fixing screws (2 for front/4 x 10), then slide the accumulator forward to remove it
Bypass Valve Coil and Bypass Valve Disassembly
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Remove the valve bed
Remove side panel (R)
Recover refrigerant
Remove the welded part of bypass valve (2 positions)
Remove the bypass valve coil fixing screw (1 for front/M5)
Remove the bypass valve by sliding the coil upward
Disconnect the connector SV2 (blue) on the controller circuit board in the control box
Compressor Disassembly
Remove the electrical parts box
Remove the cover panel (front)
Remove the cover panel (rear)
Remove the valve bed
Remove the side panel (R)
Remove the front panel fixing screws, then slide the front panel upward to remove it
Release the lead wire for FM1 and FM2
Remove the separator fixing screws, then slide the separator upward to remove it
Recover refrigerant
