Check Valve Disassembling
Warning: Ensure the main power supply is OFF and no refrigerant is in the outdoor unit before starting replacement.
Select the check valve to be serviced
Was the Solenoid valve block ASSY removed successfully?
Were the I-L parts debrazed and the Check valve ASSY removed?
Was the Check valve replaced while it was removed from the unit?
Were the pipes brazed according to the angle of the pipes on the figure?
Was the Solenoid valve block ASSY, coil cover, and peripheral cables mounted back in place?
Precautions for replacing Check valve: Perform no-oxidation brazing when brazing. Place a wet towel on the Check valve when heating pipes to keep the temperature of the valve from exceeding 120oC. After brazing, check the condition around the brazing. After confirming no leakage, evacuate the air inside. Perform carefully with the flame direction so that it does not burn cables and plates etc. in the unit. Remove the brazing part protecting heat exchanger not to be burn, and replace the service parts.
