Ensure that the pump head is open

Press the button to shut down the equipment

Switch off the communication hub and disconnect it from the power source

Turn the drain tray to the removal position

Remove the drain tray from the pump

Disassemble the two parts of the drain tray

Remove the bottle holder basket from the bottle holder support rod

Remove the bottle holder support rod from the pump

Disassemble the bottle holder fastening system by unscrewing and removing the screw

Disassemble the pump components

Switch off the communication hub and disconnect from power source

Clean the exterior surfaces of the pump and components

Clean the inside of the pump head rotor with a soft brush

Clean the drain tray support and container, then disassemble and autoclave

Clean the bottle holder parts and optionally autoclave

Clean the Steritest® holder and vent chamber

Access the Configuration menu from the main screen.

Select Pressure Sensors Test from the Configuration menu.

Gather materials listed on the screen.

Place the two yellow plugs on the canister outlets and place the canisters on the drain tray.

Install the tubing in the pump head.

Avoid using solvents or abrasives that could damage the equipment’s surfaces.

Do not put liquids directly in contact with the internal parts of the pump or the equipment’s electrical components.

Do not turn the pump upside down.

Clean the pump and accessories after each use.

Autoclave the drain tray components and the drain tubing after each use.

Perform the pressure sensor verification every six months.

Enter the pressure reading from the canister

Did the pressure exceed 53 psi?

Press the button to open the pump head

Manually stop the pump by pressing the control knob

Remove components from the canister
