Control Board Replacement
Turn the power off to the unit
Take a picture of the control board and connectors for reference
Remove all green terminal strips from the left, right, and bottom of the control board
Remove the red six pin display board connector from the left side of the control board
Remove all connectors from the top of the control board
Detach the control board from its four corner standoffs
Remove any remaining standoffs from the old control board
Remove the new control board from the static bag and place old standoffs on it
Align and snap the new control board into the four corner standoffs
LCD Interface Board Replacement
Power Off and Disconnection
Turn the power off to the unit
Remove the display board cable connector from the control board
Remove Old Display Board
Slice each of the display board standoff heads off using a sharp utility knife
Pull the display board from the unit
Remove the display board cable connector from the back of the display board
Install New Display Board
Place a new display board standoff into each of the four holes in the cabinet
Compressor Replacement
Initial Preparation
Pump down the unit as per the Pumpdown Procedure
Was there a compressor burn out (motor failure)?
Disconnection and Removal
Disconnect piping
Remove crankcase heater, leaving electrically connected
Replacement and Installation
Replace the compressor
Replace the liquid line filter-dryer
LCD Interface Check
Alarm and Fault Inspection
Are there any alarms or faults reported on the LCD Interface or PC App?
Rectify the problem if any alarms or faults are found.
Post-Inspection
Ensure all alarms are cleared after rectification.
Confirm that the system is operating normally after rectification.
