Select the type of oil used for the motor

Ensure not to over-oil the motor

Motor Mount and Base Inspection

Tighten motor mount bracket as required

Bearing Inspection and Maintenance

Check wheel for accumulation of dirt

Pulley Alignment and Belt Tension

Is the pulley alignment correct?

Is the belt tension properly maintained?

Measure the distance between pulley faces

Adjust pulley faces to change speed

Pulley Set Screws and Bolts Check

Check that all pulley set screws and bolts are secure

CAUTION: Never operate unit without a filter or with filter access door removed. Damage to blower motor may result.

Remove unit access panel, filter access door, and filter

Clean the drain coil using accepted industry methods

Remove all foreign matter from pan and condensate drain line

Disconnect electrical power to all circuits

Access filters from either side of the unit

Inspect filters for dirt and damage
