Use compatible grease for lubrication

Complete lubrication of motor bearings

Verify wheel-to-inlet clearance before initial start-up

Enter the measured wheel-to-inlet overlap size (in inches)

Is the measured overlap within the maximum allowed for the selected size range?

Loosen the wheel hub and adjust the wheel along the shaft to correct overlap if necessary

Loosen inlet cone bolts and reposition the inlet cone to ensure uniform radial gap
