- The filter must be purged regularly

- The air supply pipes must be inspected (for leaks) and changed if necessary;

- Unscrew the flat nut that holds the cartridge fastened

- Place a plastic bag around the cartridge and remove it

- Put the clogged cartridge in the packaging of the new cartridge

- Put in the new cartridge, screw back the flat nut and close the doors

- Apply the starting up procedure.

- Switch off the power to the fan

- Open the dust container compartment

- Take off the holding latches; - Remove the container using equipment appropriate for the weight of the whole. If there is a bag, replace the bag inside and put the container in its place

- Take the bulk bag off the hopper

- Make a knot to close the bulk bag before handling

- Remove the bulk bag using equipment appropriate for the weight of the whole

- Put the new bulk bag in place under the hopper and attach it to the hopper so that it is sealed

- Put the unit back into service.

- Clean the pre filter with compressed air in a very well ventilated room or by immersion in a solution of water + FILTERCLEAN 20L part no. W000342878 and dry with air.

- Disassemble the motor; - Remove the old lubricant and clean the bearings and accessories with grease remover

- Put fresh lubricant: the filling rate of the housing with fresh lubricant is 50% of the free space.
