Check that all the FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed
Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board
Remove two screws and the 2242 solid-state drive bracket
Remove the 2242 solid-state drive by pulling it away from the slot
2280 Solid-State Drive Removal
Ensure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed
Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board
Remove the screw securing the battery pack
Remove the 2280 solid-state drive by pulling it away from the slot
LCD Module Removal
Ensure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed
Pull out two removable tapes and lift the LCD module
Peel off the mylar tape
Disconnect the camera cable from the LCD module
Disconnect the EDP cable from the LCD module
Remove the LCD module
Fingerprint Reader Removal
Ensure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed
Remove the fingerprint reader
Remove the fingerprint reader cable from the reader
Heat Sink Removal
Ensure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed
Disconnect the battery pack cable from the system board
Loosen three screws and remove the heat sink
