Robot switched off and secured?

If work with robot controller switched on is necessary, define additional safety measures

Is the robot controller switched on in operating mode T1?

Upload a photo of the system with a sign indicating that work is in progress

If safety functions or safeguards are deactivated, they must be reactivated immediately after the work is completed

Systems and devices are complete and operational

Passwords for user groups have been changed

Warning: Only communicate the passwords to authorized personnel.

Manipulator connected to the correct robot controller

Warning: Incorrectly assigned cables can lead to severe injuries or damage to property.

Additional components do not impair or disable safety functions

Warning: Danger to life and limb resulting from external forces

Industrial robot correctly installed and fastened

Check for non-visible damage, e.g. dents or abrasion of paintwork

Motor and counterbalancing system checked

No foreign bodies or defective or loose parts on the robot

All required safety equipment correctly installed and operational

Power supply ratings correspond to local supply voltage and mains type

Ground conductor and equipotential bonding cable sufficiently rated and correctly connected
