100 Hourly / 1 Yearly Engine Oil and Filter Change
NOTE: Change oil and filter a minimum of once a year.
Run engine to heat oil. Stop engine.
Remove oil drain plug (A) and drain oil.
Replace engine oil filter (B) while changing oil. Apply a film of oil on the new oil filter gasket and install new filter. Hand tighten plus 1/2 turn.
Install drain plug.
Add seasonal viscosity grade oil. (See Fuels, Lubricants and Coolant section.). Engine Crankcase Capacity: 8.5 L (9 U.S. qt)
IMPORTANT: Change engine oil every 125 hours if diesel fuel has a sulfur content greater than 0.7 percent.
NOTE: Engine oil should be changed annually as a minimum.
Sign off on the engine oil and filter change
100 Hourly Tires Check
IMPORTANT: Minimum pressures may be used only for light loads and only if tractor has no added weight. If you install ballast or mounted implements, or if you pull heavy loads, increase pressure.
Enter the tire pressure reading
Tire pressure within acceptable range?
Upload a photo of the tire pressure gauge reading
Note any abnormalities observed during the check
Sign off on the tire check
100 Hourly Transmission-Hydraulic Filter Replacement
Filter (A) removed
Film of oil applied to new gasket
New filter installed and hand tightened plus 1/2 turn
Engine run for several seconds
Transmission-hydraulic oil level
Is additional transmission fluid required?
If additional transmission fluid is required, refer to the Fuels, Lubricants and Coolant section
Sign off on the filter replacement
10 Hourly Coolant Level Check
CAUTION: Only remove radiator cap (B) when engine is cold. Slowly loosen cap to first stop to relieve pressure before removing completely.
IMPORTANT: Periodically check coolant level in radiator. If cap should become defective, coolant would not be drawn from recovery tank, and could cause the engine to overheat. Replace cap as necessary.
Check level in coolant tank (C).
If engine is cool and level is below “LOW” add coolant to recovery tank to bring to “LOW”.
Sign off on the coolant level check
1200 Hourly Transmission-Hydraulic Filter Screen Cleaning
Warning: Ensure the machine is turned off and cooled down before starting the procedure
Drained oil successfully?
Removed two cap screws (A) and screen cover (B)?
Screen removed and examined for damage?
Is the screen damaged?
If the screen is damaged, replace it
Screen cleaned in solvent and blow dried with compressed air?
Screen carefully installed so the front of screen is inserted in hole at front of differential case?
System refilled with transmission-hydraulic oil?
