Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System

Relieved pressure and removed surge cap

Removed bottom access panel and opened radiator drain fitting and engine block drain cock

Removed thermostat cover and thermostats, installed cover without thermostats

Closed drain cocks and filled system with a commercial cooling system cleaning solution

Operated engine to operating temperature, stopped engine and drained system

Closed drain cocks and filled system with clean water, operated engine to operating temperature, stopped engine and drained system

Removed thermostat cover and cleaned all sealing material from thermostat cover and housing mounting surfaces

Applied sealant to new gasket and installed thermostats and gasket

Change Transmission/Axle, and Hydraulic Oil —24-Speed POWRSYNC Transmission

Change Transmission/Axle, and Hydraulic Oil —18-Speed Powershift Transmission

Inspect Alternator and Fan Belt Tensioners

Check Axle End Play (Normal Use) (2000 Hourly Maintenance)

Operate engine at 2100 rpm, with transmission in PARK position, for at least 5 minutes (or longer with cold oil) to fill axles and return oil from the axles to the transmission

Stop engine and allow the oil level to stabilize in the sight gauge for at least 5 minutes

Reservoir Breather Filter replaced

Transmission/Axle Filter replaced

Coolant tested and Coolant Conditioner added

Engine Air Intake System cleaned

Sign off on the 750 Hourly Maintenance

Primary Engine Air Filter replaced

Secondary Engine Air Filter replaced

Motor Seal Drain Filter replaced (if equipped)

Sign off on the yearly maintenance
