1000 Hourly Maintenance
Main Engine Gear Case Oil- Drain oil at plugs (A)
S760 and S770 ProDrive™ Machines: Remove and replace filter (B). Coat seal on the new filter with oil. Hand tighten, then tighten 1/2 turn more
ProDrive™ Machines: Transmission Oil- Drain oil at plug (C)
ProDrive™/Main Engine Gear Case Lube Filter - Remove and replace filter (D). Coat seal on the filter with oil. Hand tighten, then tighten 1/2 turn more
Fill Main Engine Gear Case until oil is at the bottom line on dipstick (E)
Install dipstick and run engine for 1 minute minimum
Shut OFF engine and let machine sit for 5 minutes allowing air to settle from oil
Remove dipstick and check oil level. Add oil until oil level is at the top line on dipstick
Repeat procedures until oil level remains at the top line on dipstick
100 Hourly Replacement
Warning: This replacement procedure requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check Engine Coolant Level
Clean Rotary Screen, Oil Cooler, Condenser, Radiator, and Charge Air Cooler
Check Hydrostatic/Hydraulic Oil
Check Main Engine Gear Case Oil
Drain Water from Air Compressor Reservoir (If Equipped)
Inspect Fuel Precleaner Filter
Grease Two-Speed Four-Wheel Drive Motor Pivots
Grease Two-Wheel Drive Heavy-Duty and Extra Heavy-Duty Axle Spindle Bearings/Pivot Pins (Muddy Conditions)
2000 Hourly / 3 Yearly Replacement
Replace Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Dosing Unit Filter (Final Tier 4/Stage V S780, S785, and S790 Machines)
Cleared all debris from area around the DEF dosing unit
Removed filter cover (A)
Removed and discarded the equalizing element (B)
Inserted “Black” end of the filter tool (C) into the DEF dosing unit filter (D) until a CLICK is felt or heard
Pulled filter tool and DEF dosing unit filter from the DEF dosing unit. Discarded DEF dosing unit filter and filter tool
Cleaned DEF dosing unit threads and mating surfaces with distilled water
Lubricated DEF filter O-rings with clean DEF. Carefully inserted DEF dosing unit filter into the DEF dosing unit
Installed new DEF dosing unit filter equalizing element into the DEF dosing unit filter
2000 Hourly Maintenance
Open drain valve (A) to drain oil
Close valve once oil is drained
Remove cap (B) and fill hydraulic reservoir until oil level is at top of sight glass (C) with the feeder house fully lowered
Check Engine Valve Lash
Check Final Drives Oil (both sides)
Remove the drain plug (A) from the final drive
Allow the final drive oil to drain
Install the drain plug once the oil is drained
Remove the fill plug (B) from the final drive
