Lubricate driveline upper and lower sliding joints and lower U-joints

Check front and rear axle oil level

Lubricate front and rear axle shaft seals

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Check ride control accumulator (if equipped)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Lubricate front and rear shaft seals on park brake

Drain and refill transmission oil

Upload a photo of the new transmission oil filter

Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Upload a photo of the new axle oil

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter

Upload a photo of the new OCV filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Upload a photo of the new DEF dosing unit filter

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Replace axle oil filters after initial 100 hours

Enter the engine hours at the time of taking oil sample

Upload the engine oil sample test results

Sign off on the 100 hourly maintenance

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Inspect outer pin seals (if equipped)

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screen

Replace hydraulic system return filter

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance
