Replace hydrostatic and hydraulic filters

1. Remove hydrostatic filter canisters (A) and filter elements.

2. Remove hydraulic filter (B).

Check mark

3. Lubricate new hydrostatic filter element packing and hydraulic filter packing with John Deere Torq-Gard Supreme 10W-30 or equivalent.

4. Install hydrostatic filter elements and filter canisters. After canisters contact mating surface, tighten them by rotating them another 30 degrees.

5. Install and tighten hydraulic filter.

Check mark

6. Check oil level and add as required (see Check Hydrostatic And Hydraulic Oil-Daily in the Prestarting Checks section).

1. Thoroughly clean exterior of fuel filters and surrounding area.
