Transmission clutch calibration rerun

Transmission oil drained, refilled and filters replaced

Front and rear axle oil drained and refilled

Electronic injector preload checked and adjusted

Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter replaced

Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle replaced

Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction screen replaced

Inspect tires and check pressure

Inspect engine air cleaner elements

Inspect air conditioner compressor and alternator belt

Replace fast fill fuel breather (if equipped)

Check and clean fuel sending unit pickup screen

Check windshield washer fluid level

Clean hydraulic pump case drain in-line screen

Clean hydraulic system fill strainer

Replace hydraulic system return filters

Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Check driveline damper for cracks (Every 5000 Hours)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Check coolant level at surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Sign off on the maintenance check

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Drain and refill park brake oil

Clean hydraulic fan drive case drain in-line screens

Replace fuel tank breather filter

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance
