Drain and refill front and rear axle oil

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filters

Rerun transmission clutch calibration

Clean front and rear axle oil recirculation screens (if equipped)

Drain and refill cooling system in every 6000 hours

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Replace engine air cleaner elements

Remove and clean engine crankcase vent tube

Clean hydraulic fan drive case drain in-line screens

Drain and refill park brake oil

Check driveline damper in every 5000 hours

Hydraulic pump case drain in-line screens cleaned?

Hydraulic system fill strainer cleaned?

Hydraulic system return filters replaced?

Hydraulic system oil drained, flushed, and refilled?

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Clean or replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check coolant level in surge tank

Check hydraulic system oil level

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots (unless NeverGrease™ equipped) in every 100 hours

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Check battery water level and terminals

Check front and rear axle oil level

Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings

Replace fast fill fuel breather filter (if equipped)

Replace auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter
