Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Maintenance

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather filter

Drain and refill cooling system

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather

Check chain case oil level (330G and 332G only)

Sign off on the 500 Hourly Maintenance

Lubricate boom linkage, cylinder pivot points, and Quik-Tatch™ linkage

Check and clean dust unloader valve (50 Hourly Maintenance)

Take engine oil sample (250 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 10 Hourly / Daily Maintenance

Drain and refill hydraulic oil and replace filter elements

Drain and refill chain case oil (330G and 332G only)

Check and adjust engine valve lash (1500 Hourly Maintenance)

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check and clean cooling package

Check tire pressure (330G and 332G only)

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Replace primary engine air filter element

Replace secondary engine air filter element (every third primary element replacement or as needed)

Check cab fresh air filter (if equipped)

Check cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Check wheel lug nut torque (330G and 332G only)
