Drain and refill hydrostatic planetary gear case oil

Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather

Drain and refill chain case oil (320G and 324G only)

Check and adjust engine valve lash (Every 1500 Hours)

Drain and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 1000 Hours Maintenance

Lubricate cylinder pivot points

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Replace cab fresh air filter (if equipped)

Replace cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Check and clean cooling package

Replace primary engine air filter element

Replace secondary engine air filter element (every third primary element replacement or as required)

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Lubricate steering linkage (if equipped)

Take hydrostatic planetary gear case oil sample

Check and clean dust unloader valve

Drain and refill hydrostatic planetary gear case oil (325G only)(Initial Service-50 Hours)

Take engine oil sample (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the 50 hours maintenance
