Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter

Replace primary fuel filter and water separator

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Check chain case oil level (312GR, 314G, 316GR, and 318G only)

Lubricate steering linkage (if equipped)

Drain and refill hydraulic oil and replace filter

Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather

Drain and refill chain case oil (312GR, 314G, 316GR, and 318G only)

Check and adjust engine valve lash (Every 1500 Hours)

Drain, flush, and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Check and clean dust unloader valve

Lubricate Quik-Tatch engagement pins

Check and adjust accessory drive belt tension [machines without air conditioning only)

Sign off on the 50 hourly maintenance

Lubricate Quik.Tatch pivot points

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Check and clean cooling package

Check tire pressure (312GR, 314G, 316GR, and 318G only)

Check wheel lug nut torque (312GR, 314G, 316GR, and 318G only)

Replace cab fresh air filter element (if equipped)

Replace cab recirculation air filter element (if equipped)

Lubricate steering centering mechanism (if equipped)

Replace primary and secondary engine air filter elements

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator
