Check service (drum) brake oil level

Take engine oil sample and upload the lab results

Check cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Sign off on the 250 Hourly Maintenance

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter

Clean hydraulic system strainer

Check and adjust engine valve lash

Drain, flush, and refill cooling system (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 2000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace final fuel filter and drain water separator

Add coolant extender as indicated by COOL-GARD II test

Inspect tires and check tire pressure

Check service (drum) brake pads

Change axle differentials and gear case oil

Replace hydraulic oil reservoir breather

Replace cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Sign off on the 50 hourly maintenance
