Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots

Check and adjust accessory drive belt

Check cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Sign off on the 50 hourly maintenance

Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Lubricate Quik-Tatch pins and bushings

Clean hydraulic system strainer

Check axle mounting cap screw torque

Drain and refill cooling system

Check service (drum) brake pads

Drain and refill final drive oil

Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve

Drain and refill axle differential and gear case oil

Replace hydraulic oil cap breather element

Replace cab recirculation air filter (if equipped)

Check service (drum) brake oil level

Check axle differential and gear case oil levels

Check and adjust inching linkage

Check and clean cooling package

Drain water and sediment from hydraulic tank

Check battery electrolyte level and terminals

Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter
