1. Shut off engine, set park brake, and remove key.
2. Remove pins (A) and end cap (B).
3. Remove auger (C) from the moisture sensor bypass.

Change Feeder House Reverser Gear Case Oil
Feeder house raised and safety stop lowered
Oil drained at plug (A), plug wiped clean
Oil refilled at dipstick opening (B)
Oil level checked with the feeder house raised up
Sign off on the 800 Hourly Replacement
6000 Hourly / 6 Yearly Maintenance
Drain, Flush, and Refill Engine Cooling System
Open drain (A) to remove coolant from the radiator.
Flush and refill surge tank (B) with correct coolant and conditioner.

Check engine coolant level in the surge tank with engine cold. Level must be up to the "Max Cold" line.
Sign off on the maintenance procedure
250 Hourly Maintenance
Change Engine Oil and Filter (Tier 2/Stage II)
Style A: Engine Crankcase Top Load Oil Filter: Remove cap (A) and remove filter. Replace filter and install cap. Tighten to specification.
Style B: Engine Crankcase Oil Filter: Remove and replace oil filter (B).
Open drain (C) to remove oil.
Style A: Engine Crankcase Top Load Oil Filter Remove dipstick (D) to fill and check oil level after filling.
Style B: Engine Crankcase Oil Filter: Remove cap (E) to fill and check oil with dipstick (F) after filling.
Change Engine Oil and Filter (Final Tier 4/Stage V)
Style A: Engine Crankcase Top Load Oil Filter: Remove cap (A) and remove filter. Replace filter and install cap. Tighten to specification.
Style B: Engine Crankcase Oil Filter: Remove and replace oil filter (B).
3500 Hourly / 3 Yearly Replacement
Replace Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) Dosing Unit Filter (Final Tier 4/Stage V S760 and S770 Machines)
Clear all debris from area around the DEF dosing unit
Remove filter cover (A)
Remove and discard the equalizing element (B)
Insert “Black” end of the filter tool (C) into the DEF dosing unit filter (D) until a CLICK is felt or heard, indicating that the filter tool is fully engaged
Pull filter tool and DEF dosing unit filter from the DEF dosing unit. Discard DEF dosing unit filter and filter tool
Clean DEF dosing unit threads and mating surfaces with distilled water
Lubricate DEF filter O-rings with clean DEF. Carefully insert DEF dosing unit filter into the DEF dosing unit
Install new DEF dosing unit filter equalizing element into the DEF dosing unit filter
