Remove three bolts and closeout panel from machine

Place drain pan under engine drain plug hole and oil filter drain hole in frame

Pull off oil fill cap from filler opening

Remove drain plug and drain oil into oil drain pan. Allow oil to drain completely

Remove and discard oil filter on front of engine. Wipe off filter base on engine

Inspect suspension bushings for play

Inspect wheel bearings for play

Inspect timing belt idler/bearing (825i)

Inspect alternator belt (825i, optional on 625i)

Sign off on the maintenance procedure

Remove three bolts and closeout panel from machine

Remove drain plug and drain oil into oil drain pan. Allow oil to drain completely

Remove and discard oil filter on front of engine. Wipe off filter base on engine

Put a light coat of clean engine oil on gasket of new oil filter

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

4WD front differential oil changed?

Check brake fluid level, lines and connections

Lubricate drive line (two locations)

Check 4WD front differential oil level

Inspect driveline CV boots for tears or punctures

Inspect park brake for proper function

See your John Deere dealer for any adjustments needed

Grease cargo box tailgate strikers

Sign off on the 50 Hourly / Yearly Maintenance
