Inspect and clean cooling package

Inspect or replace serpentine belt and check automatic belt tensioner

Replace primary and secondary engine air filter elements

Check air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check and fill windshield washer fluid

Check and drain primary fuel filter water separator

Check and drain auxiliary fuel filter water separator (if equipped)

Inspect and replace cab fresh air and recirculation filter elements

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Check hybrid battery electrolyte level (if equipped)

Replace primary and final fuel filters

Take engine coolant sample and check

Take final drives oil sample and check

Replace open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter

Drain and refill hydraulic system and hydrostatic transmission oil filter and replace filters

Check and adjust engine valve lash (Every 3000 Hours)

Drain and refill hydraulic system and hydrostatic transmission oil (Every 4000 Hours)

Drain and refill engine coolant (Every 6000 Hours)

Sign off on the 2000 hourly maintenance

Check coolant level at surge tank and add as needed

Check hydraulic/hydrostatic system oil level

Sign off on the daily maintenance

Lubricate rear ripper (if equipped)

Lubricate dozer linkage and blade socket

Check final drive oil level (Every 250 Hours)

Take engine oil sample and check (Every 250 Hours)

Sign off on the 50 Hourly Maintenance
