Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank breather

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) header suction filter

Clean diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank

Replace diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) baffle

Note: Drain and refill engine cooling system every 6000 hours

Sign off on the 4000 Hourly Maintenance

Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)

Drain water and sediment from fuel tank

Check hybrid battery electrolyte level (if equipped)

Replace winch oil filter (if equipped)

Inspect and clean cooling package

Inspect or replace belt and check automatic belt tensioner

Replace primary and secondary engine air filter elements

Check air cleaner dust unloader valve

Check and fill windshield washer fluid

Clean and tighten battery terminals

Check and drain primary fuel filter and water separator

Check and drain auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)

Inspect and replace cab fresh air and recirculation filter elements

Check air intake hoses and connections

Drain and refill final drive oil

Replace cab fresh air and recirculation filters

Clean or replace winch hydraulic breather filter (if equipped)

Drain and refill winch oil and replace filter (if equipped)

Sign off on the 1000 Hourly Maintenance

Open crankcase ventilation (OCV) filter replaced?

Hydraulic/hydrostatic system oil drained and refilled?

Hydraulic/hydrostatic system filters replaced?

Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) dosing unit filter replaced?

Note: Check and adjust engine valve lash every 3000 hours.

Sign off on the 2000 hourly maintenance
