Steps to check engine oil level

Check air filter rubber dust unloading valve

Check wheel bolt torque (After First 10 Hours)

Check front axle oil level (Every 50 Hours)

Lubricate machine (Every 50 Hours)

Upper radiator hose checked for damage or cracking

Upper radiator hose needs replacement

Hose clamps checked for looseness

Lower radiator hose checked for damage or cracking

Lower radiator hose needs replacement

Put drain pan under oil drain located under engine

Loosen and remove oil drain plug. Allow all engine oil to drain

Wipe dirt from around oil filter

Turn filter counterclockwise to remove

Change engine oil and filter if less than 200 hours of operation

Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filter

Flush and replace factory coolant. Flush cooling system and replace coolant with John Deere COOL-GARD engine coolant. (Every Two Years or 2000 Hours)

Sign off on the yearly maintenance

Accessed the engine compartment

Squeezed dust unloading valve to clean
