* Every 1500 Hours Injection Nozzle Check

• Check Wheels (Bearings, Seals, etc.)

• Test Shutdown Switch Settings

• Check Scavenger Orifice & Related Parts

• Replace Oil Separator Element

Verify, during full–load (maximum compressed air delivery) that the IQ System filter restriction indicators do not show excessive restriction.

Check if restriction indicators for the filters are mounted inside the control panel.

Confirm if restriction indicators will shut down the compressor if restriction exceeds recommended values.

Sign off on the daily IQ system maintenance

• Check Engine Oil Level • Check Radiator Coolant Level • Check Gauges/Lamps • Check Air Cleaner Service Indicators • Check Fuel Tank (Fill at end of day) • Check Fuel/Water Separator Drain • Check Oil Leaks • Check Fuel Leaks • Check Drain Water From Fuel Filters • Check Coolant Leaks • Check Radiator Filler Cap

• Check Lights (running, brake, & turn)

Warning: Hot engine coolant and steam can cause injury. Follow the instructions provided by the antifreeze supplier when adding or draining the antifreeze solution. It is advisable to wear personal protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact with the antifreeze solution.

Oil cooler and radiator cleaned with compressed air and non-flammable cleaning solvent

Accumulation of oil, grease and dirt removed from the exterior core of the cooler

Engine stopped at least one minute prior to releasing the radiator filler cap

Filler cap slowly released, absorbing any released fluid with a cloth

Filler cap not removed until all excess fluid is released and the engine cooling system fully depressurised

Sign off on the monthly compressor oil cooler and engine radiator air charge cooler inspection

Check Hoses (Oil, Air, Intake, etc.)

Check Automatic Shutdown System

Check Compressor heat exchanger exterior

Check Engine heat exchanger exterior

Sign off on the monthly mobile compressor maintenance
