1 Daily IQ System Maintenance
Verify, during full–load (maximum compressed air delivery) that the IQ System filter restriction indicators do not show excessive restriction.
Check if restriction indicators for the filters are mounted inside the control panel.
Confirm if restriction indicators will shut down the compressor if restriction exceeds recommended values.
Sign off on the daily IQ system maintenance

1 Monthly Compressor Oil Cooler and Engine Radiator Air Charge Cooler
Warning: Hot engine coolant and steam can cause injury. Follow the instructions provided by the antifreeze supplier when adding or draining the antifreeze solution. It is advisable to wear personal protective equipment to prevent skin and eye contact with the antifreeze solution.
Oil cooler and radiator cleaned with compressed air and non-flammable cleaning solvent
Accumulation of oil, grease and dirt removed from the exterior core of the cooler
Engine stopped at least one minute prior to releasing the radiator filler cap
Filler cap slowly released, absorbing any released fluid with a cloth
Filler cap not removed until all excess fluid is released and the engine cooling system fully depressurised
Sign off on the monthly compressor oil cooler and engine radiator air charge cooler maintenance
