1000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Food Grade Coolant Replacement
Warning: Do not operate unit past the 1000 hour change interval, as coolant degradation will occur.
Enter the current operating hours of the unit
Enter the date of the last coolant change
Is the unit within the change interval?
If the unit is not within the change interval, stop operation immediately and replace the coolant.

Sign off on the coolant replacement
1 Daily Coolant Level Check
Is the coolant level visible in the sight glass while the machine is running on load?
Is the coolant level between the middle and the top of the green section of the sight glass tube?
ADDING COOLANT
Did you run the compressor for a minimum of 40 seconds before stopping?
Did you add coolant until the level is up to the mid-point of the sight glass?
Did you perform a visual check of the machine for any leaks, dust build up or unusual noise/vibration?

1 Yearly Air Filter Replacement
1. Open Air Filter
• Unscrew the retaining nut and withdraw the old elements
• Fit the new element ensuring that the retaining nut is secured
2. Cannister Air Filter
• Unclip the retaining cap and withdraw the old elements)
. Fit new elements) and refit the retaining cap.
3. High Dust Air Filter
Unscrew the retaining nut and remove the cannister lid
Withdraw the old element(s).
2000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Air Compressor Maintenance
Take coolant sample for fluid analysis
Check scavenge screen for blockage, clean if required
