Clean or replace air filter element on GM 3.0L EPA Compliant Engine. In dirty or dusty environments, replace at 1000 Hours.

Lubricate steering axle (H45-65XM), king pin bearings(2 fittings)

Lubricate steering axle (S40-65XM) spindle bearings (2 fittings). Multipurpose grease with 2 to 4% Molybdenum Disulfide

Check and Change 4 spark plugs on Mazda M4--2.0G and 2.2G GM 3.0L. 0.8 mm (0.032 in) and 1.1 mm (0.045 in.) Change only if defective

Change glow plugs on Perkins 704--26 (UB) only if defective

Check serviceability of service brakes lining

Check transmission oil. H45-65XM (9.0 liter (10 qt)), S40--65XM (8.5 liter (9.0 qt)). Mobilfluid 424

Change hydraulic oil. H45-65XM (35.0 liter (37.0 qt)), S40-65XM (34.0 liter (36.0 qt)). Heavy-duty or high-temperature operations require more frequent checks. API CC or CC/SE. -18°C (0°F) and above. SAE 10W

Change cooling system. Indicator light used only on S40-65XM lift truck models. Mazda M4--2.0G and 2.2G: 11.0 liter (11.7 qt), GM 3.0L: 11.0 liter (11.7 qt), Perkins 704-26 (UB); 9.8 liter (10.4 qt). 50% Water and 50% Ethylene Glycol Boron Free Anti-Freeze

Clean or replace air filter element on GM 3.0L EPA Compliant Engine. In dirty or dusty environments, replace at 1000 Hours

Check and clean if required fuel injector (Gasoline and Aisan). 1pcs each

Change differential oil. S40-65XM: 3.8 liter (4.0 qt), H45-65XM: 7.6 liter (8.0 qt). SAE 80W-90, 85W-140

Replace PCV valve as necessary on Mazda engines, replace the PCV valve at 2500 hours

Replace Breather assembly as necessary on Perkins 704-26 (UB)

Check Condition of Mast, Carriage, Lift Chains
