3 Months Unreadable Labels Replace
- Replace unreadable labels.
- Repair or replace cracked weld cable.
- Clean and tighten weld terminals.;
Cleaning Or Replacing Gun Liner
1. Disconnect gun from unit.
2. Remove nozzle, contact tip, adapter, gas diffuser, and wire outlet guide.
3. Remove liner.
4. Lay gun cable out straight before installing new liner.
5. Blow out gun casing.
To Reassemble Gun:
Insert new liner.
Install wire outlet guide so that 1/8 in (3 mm) of liner sticks out. Hand tighten outlet guide, and then tight- en two full turns more.
Cut liner off so that 3/4 in (19 mm) sticks out of head tube.
Replacing Gun Contact Tip
Turn Off power before replacing contact tip.

Cut off welding wire at contact tip. Remove nozzle.
Remove contact tip and install new contact tip. Reinstall nozzle.;
Drive Motor Protection
Drive motor protection circuit protects drive motor from overload.
If drive motor becomes inoperative, release gun trigger and wait until protection circuit resets allowing drive motor to feed wire again.;
6 Months Blow Out or Vacuum Inside.
Blow out or vacuum inside. During heavy service, clean monthly.
