Engine oil inspection, oil supply and discharge

Cooling water inspection, water supply and discharge

Transmission oil inspection, oil supply and discharge (Special care is needed when installing P.T.O.)

Differential oil inspection, oil supply and discharge (Care is needed when spare tire is mounted on the rear overhang.)

Grease up (Special care is needed when shifting the fuel tank on vehicles.)

Battery liquid inspection, water supply and discharge.

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Sufficient working space for dismounting and mounting the air dryer?

Air dryer successfully dismounted?

Desiccant inspected and in good condition?

If desiccant needs replacement, replace it and proceed to next step

Air dryer successfully mounted?

Sign off on the air dryer desiccant maintenance

Warning: The exhaust system becomes very hot during operation. Ensure to observe the following instructions to prevent unexpected problems.

Clearances from a body or equipment observed

Enter the clearance between the fuel tank, fuel pipes and hot components of the exhaust system

Heat shields or insulators fitted if clearance is less than 200mm

Fuel piping arranged so that no fuel will come into contact with the hot components of the exhaust system if a fuel line ruptures and fuel leaks out

Connectors of the fuel pipes not installed at the hot components or above of the exhaust system

Clearances from chassis parts other than fuel system parts maintained

Heat insulators or heat shields fitted if clearances cannot be maintained

Sign off on the exhaust system maintenance

Warning: This maintenance check requires trained personnel with PPE!

Check for harmful defects such as breakage, crush, perforation, etc.

If defects are found, proceed with the following repair steps

Enter the size of the nylon tube to repair

Enter the position of the defect on the nylon tube

Check if the cutting face of the nylon tube is smooth without any burr and that the cutting face is 90º±5º to the axis of the nylon tube.

Wind the inserting margin taping according to the following table.

Check if the repair connector is securely fixed with a clamp to the nylon tube protected with corrugated tube.

If repair work is difficult due to layout or external appearance, replace the nylon tube with a new one.

Reinstall each electronic equipment to original place

Inspect the operation and function of all electronic equipment
