Ensure the unit is not on the side with the control panel to prevent damage.

Carefully lay the unit on its side.

Install 10 cm (4") legs to the bottom of the unit as shown in the diagram.

Hand tighten legs until snug, ensuring not to overtighten.

Return the unit to the upright position.

Use a 16 mm (5/8") open-end wrench to adjust the legs for leveling once the unit is in its final position.

Unscrew the old light bulb from the unit

Select the appropriate replacement light bulb

Install the new specially-coated incandescent light bulb

Ensure the light bulb meets N.S.F. standards for food holding areas

Wipe exterior and interior surfaces with a damp cloth

Remove stubborn stains with a non-abrasive cleaner

Clean hard to reach areas with a small brush and mild soap

Clean the glass sides with a common glass cleaner

Do not use abrasive cleaners to avoid scratching the finish

Avoid using jet-clean-spray on the appliance

LED Temperature Control Overview

Turn the red Mode Switch counterclockwise to the SP-1 position indicated on the controller.

Adjust the Setpoint Screw to the desired temperature (°C or °F).

Turn the red Mode Switch to the TEMP position.
