Check mark

Dust exposure created while using machinery may cause cancer, birth defects, or long-term respiratory damage.

Check mark

Always wear goggles and a NIOSH-approved respirator when working with the dust collection bags or canisters.

Check mark

Dispose of the collection drum bag when 3⁄4 full, as seen in the drum window.

Check mark

IMPORTANT: To contain wood dust and minimize risk of exposure, firmly tie bag closed.

Check mark

CAUTION: Dust exposure created while using machinery may cause cancer, birth defects, or long-term respiratory damage. Always wear goggles and a NIOSH-approved respirator when working with the dust collection bags or canisters.

Check mark

This dust collector uses a handle and internal paddles to remove excess dust and debris from the filter pleats. Move the handle back and forth through its range of motion to knock dust into the filter bag. Dispose of the bag when dust fills it about 1⁄2 full.

Check mark

After extended use, the filter should be replaced, or throughly cleaned by hand.

Check mark

Check mark

Canister filter removed?

Check mark

Filter rinsed with water in an appropriate outdoor location?

Check mark

IMPORTANT: DO NOT use compressed air to clean or dry the filter, as this can spread fine dust into the air and damage filter fibers.
