Adjust the fluid pressure to achieve an even pattern and proper mixing

Enter the current fluid temperature

Is the fluid temperature within the optimal range?

Adjust the fluid temperature to balance with fluid pressure

Change Transfer Pump Type to Electric

Repeat steps for the other transfer pump motor if calibrating both pumps

Confirm no or low inlet pressure by opening recirculation lines (R)

Check if the TSL fluid has turned into a gel

Check the color of the TSL fluid

Check for dilution with isocyanate

Does the TSL fluid need to be changed?

Change the TSL fluid if necessary

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air on control modules

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air on fans

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air on motor (under shield)

Follow Pressure Relief Procedure
