Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure, page 32.

Close the Fluid Inlet Valve (XA) at the pump inlet.

Place a container under the strainer base to catch fluid when removing the strainer drain plug (ZB).

Remove inlet cap (ZC) and inlet strainer screen (ZA) from the strainer manifold.

Thoroughly flush the screen with compatible solvent and shake it dry.

Inspect the screen. No more than 25% of the mesh should be restricted.

Is more than 25% of the mesh blocked?

NOTICE: Conditions for Hose Calibration

Ensure Reactor and heated hose are at the same ambient temperature

Verify minimum hose length for Resistance Control Mode

Acknowledge reminder to have the hose at ambient conditions by tapping Continue

Wait while the system measures the hose resistance

Was the hose heat on prior to the calibration procedure?

Tap Accept to proceed with the calibration, or Cancel to stop the calibration

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to prevent dust buildup on control modules

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to prevent dust buildup on fans

Use clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to prevent dust buildup on motor (under shield)

Check if the TSL fluid has turned into a gel

Check if the color of the TSL fluid has darkened

Check if the TSL fluid is diluted with isocyanate

Describe the operating environment conditions

Is a TSL fluid change required based on the inspection?

Change the transfer pump type to Electric

Repeat steps 2–3 for the other transfer pump motor if calibrating both pumps

Confirm there is no or low inlet pressure in the transfer pump by opening the recirculation lines (R)
