Check engine oil level and fill as necessary

Check gun safety for proper operation

Check pressure drain valve for proper operation

Is there play in the caster wheel?

Is caster wheel alignment necessary?

Refer to page 22 for alignment instructions

Pressure Relief and Initial Setup

Perform Pressure Relief Procedure, page 12

Remove guard and SwitchTip from all guns

Unscrew cap, remove filter, and assemble without filter

Clean filter, guard, and SwitchTip in flushing fluid

Place siphon tube set in grounded metal pail partially filled with flushing fluid

Replace air filter element if necessary

Record where replacement element was purchased, if applicable

Check level of TSL in displacement pump packing nut

Fill packing nut with TSL if necessary

Describe any issues with fluid buildup on piston rod
