Ensure the replacement is conducted in a non-hazardous location

Verify approved replacement parts are available

Remove two screws (135) and slide the Data-Trak module (131) out of the housing (132)

Disconnect the runaway solenoid and sensor cables from the module board

Take the DataTrak module (131) to a non-hazardous location

Disconnect the used battery and replace with an approved battery

Air Motor with Integrated Air Controls

Verify the correct accessory airline lubricator is ordered for the air motor

Add the accessory airline lubricator to the motor inlet

Check if the air filter needs more frequent changes based on air quality

Air Motor without Integrated Air Controls

Verify the correct standard type filter/regulator/lubricator is ordered for the air motor

Add the standard type filter/regulator/lubricator to the motor inlet

Remove the 10 air valve cover screws (124)

Remove the air valve cover (112)

Grease all visible moving parts

Is the air valve cover securely reattached?

Are all screws tightened properly?

Stop the pump at the middle of its stroke and relieve the pressure.

Disconnect the air line to the motor.

Hold the adapter (33) with a wrench to keep it from turning, and unscrew the lift ring (21).

Remove the screws (134) and carefully slide the housing (132) off the air valve.

Disconnect the sensor cable from the circuit board.

Thread the cable back through the hole (H) in the side of the adapter (33) and extend it out the top of the adapter.
