A lithium battery maintains the DM clock when power is not connected.

NOTE: This can be done by removing the CAN cable from the bottom of the DM.

3. Remove the old battery and replace with a new CR2032 battery.

4. Properly dispose the old lithium battery according to local codes.

Check catalyst (B) filter assembly to prevent crystallization

Verify calibration check assembly outlets are clear and unobstructed

Check restrictor housing and pin assembly to prevent crystallization

Warning: There must be no pressure when adjusting the packing nuts. Air pressure in the feed tanks is too much.

Followed Pressure Relief Procedure, including relieving air pressure in the tanks?

Fill metering pump packing nuts with throat seal liquid (TSL)

Torque metering pump packing nuts to 50 ft-lb (67.5 N•m)

Fill dosing valve packing nut with throat seal liquid (TSL)

Tighten dosing valve packing nuts 1/4 turn after nut contacts packings; about 145-155 in-lb (16-18 N•m)

Sign off on the packing nuts adjustment

Warning: This inspection requires trained personnel with PPE!

Select the model of the machine

Catalyst pump outlet filter checked

Catalyst pump outlet filter cleaned

Catalyst pump outlet filter replaced

Upload a photo of the replaced filter

Sign off on the filter inspection

Daily Check of Glazing Proportioner

Check equipment for any worn or damaged parts

If any worn or damaged parts are found, replace immediately with genuine manufacturer’s replacement parts only

Check iso lube bottle for discoloration

If discoloration is found, replace the iso lube bottle
