100 Hourly / 1 Yearly Spark Arrestor Inspection

Spark Arrestor Inspection

Loosen the exhaust clamp

Inspect the spark arrestor screen for damage

Determine the condition of the spark arrestor screen

Replace the screen if it is torn or damaged

Clean the screen with commercial solvent if not damaged

Reinstall and tighten the exhaust clamp

Initial 30 Hours Engine Oil Replacement

Preparation

Disconnect the spark plug wire

Clean area around the oil drain plug

Oil Drain and Replacement

Remove the drain plug and drain oil into a suitable container

Install the drain plug

Add the correct amount of engine oil

Install the oil fill cap

Post Replacement Check

Run this procedure

100 Hourly / 1 Yearly Engine Oil Change

Preparation

Disconnect the spark plug wire

Clean the area around the oil drain plug

Oil Drainage

Remove the drain plug

Drain oil into a suitable container

Oil Replacement

Install the drain plug

Add the correct type and amount of engine oil

Battery Replacement

Battery Disconnection

Disconnect the negative (-) terminal FIRST

Disconnect the positive (+) terminal SECOND

Install the new battery

Battery Connection

Connect the positive (+) terminal FIRST

Connect the negative (-) terminal SECOND
