1 Daily Air Dryer Maintenance
Check separator daily to be sure automatic drain is discharging
NOTE: Units with two stage filtration have two sets of drains
Blow down separator weekly by pushing test button on control panel
Air-cooled - clean off accumulated dust and dirt from condenser coil monthly or as necessary in dirty environments
Glycol Level Check
Warning: Use a mixture of four parts water to one part propylene glycol. DO NOT USE ETHYLENE GLYCOL.
Current glycol level in the tank
Amount of glycol mixture added
Glycol level at minimum fluid height (11-1/2 in)
Sign off on the glycol level check
1 Yearly Moisture Separator/Oil Removal Filter Replacement
WARNING! THIS FILTER IS A PRESSURE CONTAINING DEVICE. DEPRESSURIZE BEFORE SERVICING.
Is the dryer isolated (inlet and outlet valves closed) or air supply shut off?
Depressurized filter by slowly opening manual drain bypass valve?
Removed bowl from head?
Cleaned filter bowl?
Replaced moisture separator element?
NOTE: Do not handle Oil Removal Filter elements by outside foam cover. Handle by bottom end cap only.
Reassembled bowl to head?
NOTE: Make certain o-ring is generously lubricated. (Use lubricant provided)
