Enter the code number from the test strip vial or foil pack

Acknowledge that the codes used in this manual are examples only and your meter may display a different code

Acknowledge the importance of matching the LCD displayed code with the code on your test strip vial or foil pack before testing

Insert the test strip into the test slot of the device

Adjust the measuring mode and confirm

Use the pre-set lancing device to puncture the desired site

Wipe off the first appeared drop of blood with a clean cotton swab

Gently squeeze the punctured area to obtain another drop of blood

Ensure the blood sample size is adequate for the test type

Apply the blood sample to the test strip

Wait for the meter to beep before removing your finger

Check the contents of your product box

Do you suspect the device or test strips are not working properly?

Are your test results inconsistent with how you feel, or do you think the results are not accurate?

Have you dropped or think you may have damaged the device?

Performing the Control Solution Test

Insert the test strip into the test slot of the device and wait for the display of the test strip and blood drop symbol.

Ensure the meter detects the control solution and marks the result with 'QC' display.

Shake the control solution vial thoroughly before use.

Press the edge of the battery cover and lift it up to remove the cover.

Remove the old battery and replace with one 1.5V AAA size alkaline battery.

Close the battery cover and listen for a 'beep' to confirm correct insertion.

Ensure the battery is replaced with the correct type to avoid explosion risk.

Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
