Filter Element / Membrane Separator Membrane Replacement
Coalescing Filter Element Replacement
Turn off the FAU-TDL instrument pump
Close sample inlet valve
Disconnect the liquid drain line
Inspect O-ring for any damage
Unscrew the filter bowl and replace the filter element
Reinstall liquid drain line and tighten securely
Leak check the connections with a suitable test liquid
Membrane Separator Membrane Replacement
Field Calibration Check
Preparation
Turn the sample pump off
Connect the calibration gas to the appropriate port
Ensure that the exhaust port is connected to vent the gas
Calibration Process
Turn the gas selector valve to the same port the gas was connected to
Open the calibration gas valve and let gas flow through the instrument for a minimum of 60 seconds or until the gas reading has stabilized for 15 to 20 seconds.
Close the calibration gas valve and disconnect
