Remove any remaining parts of the bar system from the movable plate

Check for damages on the universal joint

Move the movable plate in different directions in order to check if there are any indications of reduced moving ability of the universal joint

Choose the type of battery pack replaced

Sign off on the maintenance inspection

Gearboxes oil, axes 1, 2, and 3

Enter the oil level for gearbox of axis 1

Enter the oil level for gearbox of axis 2

Enter the oil level for gearbox of axis 3

Enter the oil level for gearbox of axis 4

Replacement Battery pack, measurement system of type RMU101 or RMU102 (3-pole battery con- tact)

Check for wear on bearing rings

Listen for screeching on bearing rings

Replace bearing rings if needed

Check for wear on vacuum system
