Clean the exterior surfaces of the cabinet

Check all service fixtures for proper operation

Were all tasks completed successfully?

Describe any issues encountered during maintenance

AHC (D-SERIES) Filter Replacement Instructions

Remove the back cover held by phillip pan head screws

Remove the nuts on the 2 sides (top and bottom) of the vertical clamping

Remove all vertical clampings and u-plates

Carefully remove the supply filter

Replace new filter by reversing the above steps

AVC (D-SERIES) Filter Replacement Instructions

Remove the perspex cover held by screws M4 in front and thumb screws at the back

Remove the sensor box held by screws M4

Ensure the clean bench is powered down

Disconnect the clean bench from the electrical supply

Remove the power clips at the ends of the bulbs

Remove the bulbs from the mounting clips

Replace the power clips on the ends of the new bulbs

Verify clean bench airflow velocities and flow patterns against manufacturer's specifications and international standards.

Scan-test filters to ensure they do not leak.

Perform operator comfort tests, if applicable.

Adjust airflow velocities if found to be off setpoint before recording final values.

Disconnect the electrical connections.

Remove the old UV lamp by rotating 90 degrees counter-clockwise and pulling downward.

Install the new UV lamp by pushing it upward and rotating 90 degrees clockwise.

Wipe the work surface, side walls, and inner back walls with appropriate disinfectant

Follow up with a 70% ethanol rinse if a commercial preparation was used

Ensure no chlorine-based disinfectants are used

Ensure only hands enter the clean bench during cleaning
