Examine the system parameters on the control panel

If the optional air filters are installed, examine them (located behind the front doors)

Record the check results and any corrective actions in a service log

Preventive should be performed only by authorized service personnel familiar with maintenance and servicing of the UPS system every 1 Year

Sign off on the 1 Month Maintenance

Determine if components, wiring, and connections exhibit evidence of overheating

Check bolted connections for any issues

Retorque bolted connections to values listed in the manual

Sign off on the periodic maintenance

Examine the area surrounding the UPS system. Make sure that the area is not cluttered, allowing free access to the unit

Examine that the air intakes (vents on the front door of the UPS cabinet) and the exhaust openings (at the rear of the UPS cabinet) are not blocked

Examine that the UPS is in the normal mode (the normal mode status indicator is illuminated). If an alarm lamp is lit or the normal mode status indicator is not lit, contact an Eaton service representative
