Check Electronic Expansion Valve Coil

Remove the connector for electronic expansion valve (X7A) from PCB

Measure the resistance value between pins

No continuity between White and Yellow

Resistance value between White and Orange

Resistance value between White and Red

Resistance value between Yellow and Blue

Resistance value between Yellow and Brown

Superheated degree of suction gas

Superheated degree of suction gas

Electronic expansion valve open?

Normal vacuuming and dehydration

Vacuum pump that enables vacuuming down to –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) is used

Enter the vacuum pump run time in hours

Degree of vacuum reached –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less

Leak tests conducted if vacuum does not reach –100.7 kPa (–14.6 psi) or less after 3 hours

Enter the time in hours the compressor was left in vacuum state

Vacuum gauge reading does not rise after leaving the compressor in vacuum state for 1 hour or more

Necessary amount of refrigerant charged after purging air from the manifold gauge connection hoses

Special vacuuming and dehydration - In case of moisture may get mixed in the piping

Check for High Pressure in cooling

Check for High Pressure in heating

Check for broken wire of the relay wire (p.299)
