Cincinnati Hydraulic Press Brake 500FM

Clean and lubricate Heavy Duty or Plate Gage ballscrews (optional)

Check ram guide clearances – relevel if necessary

Check ball seat clearances - adjust if necessary

Replace filter(s) in air-cooled heat exchanger(s) every 6 month

The disposable, canister-type breather/filter should be replaced about every 2000 hours of machine operation

Sign off on the Hydraulic Press Brake Maintenance

Drain, clean and refill hydraulic reservoir

Replace reservoir air filter – breather

Drain and replace oil after one year of service

Lubricate cylinder clevis pin(s)

Clean and flush ram guides with oil

Check for water in reservoir(s)

Clean and lubricate Heavy Duty or Plate Gage horizontal guide rails

Lubricate Auto Crown pins (optional)

Grease vertical guide bushings using the fitting on the back of each casting

Sign off on the hydraulic press brake maintenance

Check lubrication at both guides

Check entire machine for loose fasteners – tighten if necessary
