Replace Air Cleaner Elements (See Air Cleaner System)

Lubricate Moldboard Lift Cylinder Pivots

Lubricate Moldboard Lift Cylinders Balls

Lubricate Moldboard Side Shift Cylinders Balls

Lubricate Articulation of Tilt Cylinders

Lubricate Moldboard Tilt Pivots

Lubricate Articulation Cylinders Pivots

Lubricate Articulation Bearings

Lubricate Drawbar Ball and Socket

Sign off on the grader maintenance

Radiator (coolant level) (Note 3)

Transmission oil level (warm, engine running) (ZF and FUNK Transmission)

Differential Lock Oil Filter (if equipped)

Replace Rear Axle Differential and Planetary Gear Oil (Graziano)

Replace Hydraulic System Oil (Note 5)

Adjust Turbocharger Fixing Bolts Torque

Sign off on the grader maintenance

Verify Alternator and Air Conditioner Belt

Lubricate Universal Joints and Drive Shaft

Verify Circle Turn Gearbox Oil Level

Replace Differential Lock Oil Filter (if equipped)

Lubricate Front Wheel Lean Bar Pivots
