Is the rotational direction switch set to the centre position?

Is the keyless chuck 2 completely open?

Is the securing screw 14 unscrewed in rotation direction n?

Is the short end of an Allen key 15 clamped into the keyless chuck 2?

Is the keyless chuck 2 loosened by turning the Allen key 15 in rotation direction n?

Is the Allen key removed from the keyless chuck and the keyless chuck completely unscrewed?

Warning: Before any work on the machine, set the rotational direction switch to the centre position to avoid injuries.

Is the rotational direction switch set to the centre position?

The drill spindle is locked when the On/Off switch is not pressed. This makes quick, convenient and easy changing of the tool in the drill chuck possible.

Is the On/Off switch not pressed?

Open the keyless chuck by turning in rotation direction n, until the tool can be inserted.

Firmly tighten the collar of the keyless chuck by hand in rotation direction o. This automatically locks the drill chuck.
